  • Do you conduct tours with only one person?

    No, we are not able to conduct tours with only one person, you can go ahead and book your tour and if nobody else books we will refund 100% of your money.

  • What should I wear?

    We recommend that you dress comfortably and wear shoes for walking as you will be on your feet for the majority of the tour.

  • Do you offer private or group tours?

    Yes, private group tours are available. Group tour hours and fees vary from our regular schedule. Email us to schedule a private tour for your group.

  • Do I have to book in advance?

    Yes, bookings must be done in advance. We suggest booking your spots early to guarantee your desired tour day.

  • If I have to cancel my tour will I be reimbursed?

    If you cancel 7 days or more before the day of the tour, there will be no cancellation fee and we will issue you a 100% refund. For Cancelations between 6 and 2 days before the tour, there will be a 15% cancellation fee. For cancellations 1 day or less before the the tour, there is a 100% cancellation fee.
